2021: Ankrum enters his second full-time NCWTS season with GMS and his second year as part of the Drivers Edge Development program following a solid 2020 season with the team. Ankrum returns to the No. 26 Chevrolet for 2021.
2020: Ankrum finished ninth in NCWTS points following a season in which he earned three top-five and 10 top-10 finishes in 2020. The young driver earned a berth in the Camping World Truck Series for the second straight season, leading 54 laps..
2019: Earned Gander Trucks Rookie of the Year honors. Earned his first Gander Trucks victory at Kentucky Speedway, qualifying him for the Gander Trucks Playoffs for the first time in his career. Ankrum finished the 2019 season with one win, three top-five and eight top-ten finishes after missing the first three races of the season due to an age restriction.
2018: Won four races en route to the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East championship in addition to being awarded K&N Pro Series East Rookie of the Year.
