– Creed had a strong Silverado at Dover finishing third in Stage One and second in Stage Two. While running third during a restart on lap 161, he spun and hit the wall which damaged the radiator and ended his race.

– Creed led 59 laps of the 200-lap race.

“It was late-race restarts getting aggressive. The 18 (Harrison Burton) made it three-wide with me and my teammate (Stewart Friesen). He was on my door and there isn’t much you can do since these trucks are so aero dependent these days. It just sucked me right around. I’m bummed for my guys. It’s the best Silverado we’ve had all year. I want to thank Chevrolet for backing me and everyone who has helped me out this year. We’re getting faster and they know we are here. I have to thank my guys back at the shop for working hard and we’ll be back next weekend at Kansas.”
